Shipping
- Your order will not process until payment is received in full.
- Please allow 1-3 days to process, test and ship your order. Orders of 10 pieces or more may take slightly longer. Rush / Express and Same-Day shipping is available. Call for details.
- We ship to the 48 states. We will ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii for an additional $25.00 per single system, an additional $45.00 per system and flat monitor package and an additional $60.00 for a system and CRT monitor package.
- We ship to physical addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO address.
- Shipping is non refundable.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping & proof of delivery on all returns. Keep tracking information until we confirm receipt of the item.
Warranty
- We offer 30-day warranties on laptops. Batteries are guaranteed to hold some charge and have a DOA warranty only. We must be notified within 5 days delivery date.
- We offer 30-day to 1 year part and labor warranties on every computer system sold. Refer to system descriptions for the exact warranty time frame since the warranty period varies depending on the system.
- All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. Computer1Stop will pay the return shipping within the 30/90-day warranty only.
- If the product is outside the 90-day warranty, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost both ways.
- All warranties are exchange warranties only. We will do everything possible to make sure that you are happy with your purchase and that all equipment is working properly.
- New products may be supported by manufactor's warranty; therefore, you will have to contact them to honor that warranty.
- Please be aware that we do not give cash refunds.
Exclusions
- Our goal is to make what might be wrong right; however, there are some things we just can't cover.
- Please note all the products are not brand new; therefore, there may be some cosmetic blemishes on the casings.
- Excluded are problems related to software installations other than those made by Computer1Stop, viruses, missing parts, or repairs made by someone other that a Computer1Stop technician.
- We will not reimburse for outside repairs.
- Because our systems are used / refurbished and most of the late model cases, we are unable to cover scratches and scuffs in our warranties. Unfortunately they are an unavoidable condition in the remarket industry.
Return Merchandise Authorization
- Buyer must email us to receive Return Authorization instructions. Please include Ebay item number, make and model and defect.
- Returned item(s) must be accompanied by a note explaining the defect.
- The return item must be properly packed to be protected from shipping damage. All packing material and parts must be included.
- If the product is received damaged due to improper packing, the warranty is voided.
- Once we receive and confirm the defective merchandise we will replace or fix it. If we cannot do this, we will issue a refund.
