Payment:

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register for a free account at www.paypal.com.

Payment must be received within 7 days of auction end or the auction will be considered void and product availability will not be guaranteed. Please do not bid on items you are not intending to purchase.

Shipping:

Items normally ship on the next business day after receipt of payment. All items are packed very well, most of the time with large amounts of bubble wrap. All ESD sensitive items are shipped in static shielding bags. We primarily ship via FedEx Ground; however we retain the right to use other shipping methods at our discretion. As FedEx does not ship to PO Box locations, we cannot accept a PO Box or APO address. All items will ship to buyer's PayPal address, so please confirm your address in PayPal before bidding. We ship within the US only and the buyer is responsible for all actual shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Any flat shipping rates listed are valid for the continental US only. We also offer local pick up service. If interested, please contact us to make arrangements before bidding.

As part of our commitment to providing the best possible customer service, we do our best to find ways of reducing shipping costs for our customers. Therefore, multiple purchases may, at times, be combined and/or alternative shipping methods used. All sales are final. No returns are accepted unless an item is received that is inconsistent with the listing description. We primarily sell used equipment which may have imperfections including, but not limited to, marks, scratches, and sticker residue. We cannot guarantee compatibility, so please check with the manufacturer before bidding.
