You are bidding on a plastic hinged tool box, filled with numerous balls of yarn and cord. Most items are slightly used, and would be perfect for most knitting and crocheting projects. 

Bid with confidence. I list all auctions with as much information that I can give, to the best of my knowledge. I never attempt to lead you astray. Please feel free to ask questions, in fact I encourage it! I am not able to accept returns or issue refunds, unless the item in defective or faulty.

Please only serious bidders. Ask questions before the end of auctions, and read the TERMS information completely before making any bids. If the auction item doesn't sell, I am willing to consider any reasonable offer, with shipping cost included.

All items are photographed and described to the best of my ability, however, I might leave out details that are important to you, so please contact me, should you have any questions, via ebay email.  I will not try to lead you astray. If you feel I have not described the item correctly, please let me know.

Unless an item is identified as "NEW", most items are pre-owned, vintage or antique and may have imperfections. Items are sold "AS IS", and all sales are final. 
Insurance is required and is part of the shipping cost, as the USPS and UPS do not gaurantee the item to be dealivered in good condition and will not take responsibility for damage unless insurance is purchased. I only recommended it on breakable items, to avoid being lost or damaged in transit, however, with current experience and to assure customer satisfaction it is now required for all my auctions.

PAYMENT:

 Payment is required at the end of an auction.  I require payment within 24 hours of end of auction. If you request and invoice, I ask the payment be received with in 24 hours of the invoice. If, for any reason, payment can not be made with in these guidelines, an email with information for any delays in payment should be sent to me.

Ebay now requires payment to be made through Paypal. Any item that is not paid for will result in an open case and negative feedback. All unpaid items will be relisted after seven days of none payment.

SHIPPING:

Note: I do not benefit or profit from shipping fees. With the postal rate today, most auctions shipping is what the cost will be for me to send it to you. Most ebay customers will not bid on items if they feel the shipping is to high, understandably. In a lot of cases, however, I have paid for additional shipping fees, my self, out of my auction fees, rather then ask for more from my customers. So please rest assured that the shipping on an item is for the weight and size of the package, and any packaging items necessary to make the shipment the safest and fastest to get your item to you!

I do not combine shipping on my items, as I mail them out ASAP and do not know if you are bidding on more then one item. If you are bidding on more than one item, you can email me through ebay, and I will consider a discount with each case.  Please be aware that in some cases it will be cheaper to pay what I have listed for the shipping cost. 

Note:  I do my very best to assure the item will arrive to you in the best condition possible.  If the item was  not insured, a claim through ebay and your postal carrier will need to be filed, I can not control the shipping conditions, or be accountable for the item if damaged or lost.

HANDLING TIME:

I try to ship items within 5 days of receiving payment.  If you need an item for a special occasion, please email me through ebay and I will attempt to send it sooner. There is no extra charge for earlier shipment, in fact I usually ship same day as payment received.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

I can not accept returns or issue refunds. I request you ask questions, prior to the end of an auction, so you are comfortable with the item before you bid.  I will only accept returns or issue a full or partial refund, if the item is defective or faulty.

FEEDBACK:

Once you receive your item(s), please provide a positive feedback.  I will issue your feedback upon payment, after I print the shipping lable.  I try to resolve any issues to avoid having negative feedback, so I ask that you do not leave a negative feedback until you have contacted me.  I strive for happy customers every time, and do my best to make your experience a good one. I always encourage return customers.

Note: Ebay rates their sellers on the feedback ratings our buyers leave for us. If you feel your experience was less than all five stars, please communicate with me before leaving less than fives.

Ebay gives better service rates, discounts and specials to sellers with better ratings. This is something we sellers, can pass on to our customers, when it is given to us. Better sales, better shipping rates, better all around service. So please help me to help you.

Did I get the item to you promptly and quickly?

Did the item come to you in the condition and shape described?

Did I communicate with you via emails, invoices, promptly answer any questions?

Was the shipping rate as reasonable as I could give you, not what the government could give both of us? (That one's out of my control).
