Field's father Martin Field was a lawyer who represented Dred Scott.

About Shipping: All books, booklets are shipping Media Mail, unless First Class is cheaper. I can usually determine at the time of listing which mailing class will be cheapest, but not always. Media mail takes several days longer for you to receive. If you need the item quickly and definitely want it to go first class or priority mail, please email me before paying, and I'll quote a price. I am happy to provide express shipping (U.S. Postal Service Express Mail), but you will have to pay full amount of the extra cost. My shipping charge includes a small handling charge, which covers the cost of the packaging and transportation to a post office. I try to use recycled materials for packaging when possible, but there are going to be some costs involved with packaging.
