Up for bidding is this very nice and charming Longines i very good vintage condition from the early 50ies.

Robust stainless steel case, ref no 6264 6/ 585, measuring 35 mm excluding the crown, is in very good vintage condition, only normal and light wearmarks on it. The crown is a not signed replacement, but of the right oldstyled kind and fits this watch very well. The crystal is new and free from scratches.

Lovely dial in off-white, as good as perfect, it´s only the illuminous dots at index´bases that shows aging, and a little round some markers too. Besides that very nice, no staining, spotting or miscolouring.

Movement is Longines manually wound sweeping second calibre 12.68zs with serialno 8.822.114, dating this watch to 1952. The movement looks very nice and clean and is in strong running condition and keeps good time. Easily wound by the crown also.

As this is a private auction, the watch is sold as-is, and in the condition described above and shown in the pictures below. What´s visible in the photos are considered as described. Cost of shipment is USD 19, registered mail and fully insured. Buyer stands the risk of goods lost in transit, where insurance covers the economical loss.
