You may return product within 7 days of receipt. Product must be returned in new condition as received with all accompanied accessories and literature including the factory carton.  We do not allow returns without first requesting a RMA number.

We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each item that needs to be returned.

Items must be returned with original packaging. 

Defective products must be returned within 7 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, NO replacement will be made. For all product returns customers MUST contact us.

NO REFUND accepted after 30 days. 

Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 15% restocking fee. 

In ALL cases, buyers pay shipping to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements. 

Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
