Payment

I ACCEPT PAYPAL Payment details are emailed to high bidder within 1 business day after auction end and payment is expected within seven (7) business days and payment arrangements are expected within three (3) business days.  After confirmed payment, I will ship your item within 2 working days.  It is very important to pay for each item quickly to insure a quick dispatch of your item. If no payment is made within 10 days, a None Payment Report will be sent to eBay.

Other Fees

A sales tax of 9.5% will be added to all items delivered to a Tennessee address.  Sales tax applies to shipping & handling as well as to the purchase price.

International Orders:  Shipping and handling charges for international orders will be emailed to the customer after the order is placed but before it is shipped.  Shipping and handling fees on international orders will include any additional fees and charges from Paypal in accepting foreign payments.

Items are described as accurately and honestly as possible.  We do not claim technical or professional expertise. Incomplete or faulty descriptions or omissions are possible.  Informational internet links are often included to make our information as transparent as possible.  We encourage the buyer do their own due diligence.  Please ask all your questions before you bid.  We prefer to answer question before the sale rather than an unhappy customer after the sale.  All items are sold as-is and all sales are final.  

Pictures are of actual item at auction unless specifically noted.   Buyer is encouraged to inspect the photographs with care and ask all their questions before they bid.  On unusual or expensive items we will provide additional photos to a prospective buyer upon request.

We include all the information we have about this item and if it’s not shown in the pictures and described in the description, then it’s not included.   Description errors may occur due to our non claimed expertise, but all major components will be shown in the photos.   Do not assume that we are experts on this item or it grading simply because we have it at auction.   If you have any questions, please ask before you bid and please read the entire listing description thoroughly.    We do not offer an “inspection” period.  

Shipping

Unless auction lists fixed shipping & handling charges the following shipping policies apply.   Buyer pays the domestic (USA) shipping fees as listed below and in Auction description.   I will combine shipping at $3.00 for each additional item shipped at the same time. Check out my other items!  Buyer pays the domestic (USA) shipping fee listed below.   Shipping charges includes tracking.   

Uninsured shipments are at the buyer’s total risk.  I will verify any non insured shipment before shipping. Some inexpensive items shipped by First Class USPS may not have insurance.  All purchases are shipped by USPS, UPS or Fedex and buyer pick-ups are not available unless specifically stated in offer. 

Shipping is available worldwide – or where the USPS, UPS, FEDEX, U-Ship (www.uship.com), Craters&Frieghters (www.cratersandfrieghters.com) or frieghtquotes can deliver. Oversized packages, special-order products, shipments to outside the contiguous continental US (Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canada, Military Bases or other countries) may cost additional. You will be informed via e-mail before your order is shipped concerning additional costs. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

On most products. Oversized products may incur a non-refundable oversize surcharge which will be clearly stated on applicable item pages

International buyers pay for international shipping fees (USPS, Fedex, UPS, or frieghtquotes) listed below or as agree to by email.  International buyers are libel for all import duties and V.A.T. related to the sale.

International Orders
Customer will pay actual shipping charges and are responsible for all tariffs, VAT fees, or import duties.

Please note that USPS International does not have confirmation numbers or insurance. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged packages sent via USPS International.  Due to different dimensional weight calculations for international packages, we reserve the right to modify a quoted shipping price for all international packages.

Delivery

Orders for in-stock items will usually ship within 2-3 business days. All
packages bound for destinations within the 48 US continental States are shipped via Fedex Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS unless otherwise noted. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canada and Military Bases are normally shipped via U.S. Postal Service.

Some items may be "drop-shipped" directly from the manufacturer. Most
drop-shipments are sent via Ground UPS and generally arrive within 5-7 business days.

To speed delivery of your order and ensure safe delivery, we may ship items from the same order in more than one box. All shipping charges are based on the total cost of your order. So, you will only pay one shipping charge.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will notify you of your
Tracking Number via e-mail. Tracking numbers may not provided when products are being drop-shipped directly by a manufacturer or when shipment id by USPS First Class or shipped overseas by USPS.

Back-Order Merchandise

Although most orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days, occasionally an item is either back-ordered or no longer available. In these instances, you will be contacted via e-mail within three business days from the time you place your order. If an item is back-ordered you will have the option to either cancel the back-ordered product or have it shipped to you when available without incurring any additional shipping charges.

Refunds & Returns

All of my items are sold as is. However, I do my best to serve each and every customer. Returns are only accepted if the item shipped is not materially what has been described.  If for some reason you are not happy with it, please contact me within 7 days after you receive the item. Returns after this period will not be considered. I will exchange it with same or similar item (if available), or repair the item at my discretion. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Returned products not in salable condition or not in the condition prior to our shipment to you will be charged a restocking/handling fee. Credit will be issued for the product only. Shipping charges that you incur will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error and only if a replacement item is ordered.  In the instance that return shipping charges are refunded, pjjonline will only refund for ground shipping charges and a receipt must be provided.
