They have not been used, and come with and audio splitter/adaptor.

Note: We will gladly process returns or exchanges on non-working items (within 25 days of the end date of the auction). Returns on working items that are returned due to customer deciding that they no longer want the device will be charged a 15% restock fee. All returns for any reason must be made prior to 30 days after the end date of the auction. This will only apply to returns where the item tests as good when returned.

For our International Customers: Most countries that recieve goods from the US charge some sort of Duty or Customes fee. In our experience, sometimes they charge it, sometimes they don't. WE are not knowledgable about all of the customes laws worldwide pertaining to these charges. The buyer, as a citizen, will be responsible to pay this fee if their country's customes office so charges it. Please consult with your country's customes agency as to the particulars of these customes laws. I will not ship to Columbia, qatar, El Salvador, Peru, Equador or any country that the US postal service refuses to insure to.
