the overwhelmingly popular Robert E Lee has required that Line of Battle reciprocates with one of that same style. The trick was to get the colors down as brillianly as for Lee. The very soul had to be captured to be the bretheren piece for Lee. Once again Grant has succeeded in staying one up on RE. Look at the fidelity of the engraving even with color applied. The artist who approached this wonderful watercolor has captured Grant (I guess the only one who could). Grant would have all when he held on to the Southern army without pause. but you puse and just look. Better yet reel this in and see for yourself. You will not believe it. The details have not been forgotten, while at the same time not to loose the interity of the engraving print.

You will find most gentlemen of the North and South in various renderings, and so very many of the Battles. From the firing on Fort Sumter to Bull Run, Fort Donelson and the siege of Vicksburg, with Grant in the west, then to Gettysburg, where most of the principles will be found as well. Please excuse the HMS Victory watermark. It really isn't there. You just think it is. And it won't be when you bring this home. Using ultra heavy-weight, acid free, 100% cotton laid papers (provided by the same company that supplies the U.S. Bureau of Printing and Engraving), this is a reproduction by skilled lab techs using the finest equipment extant. For an additional $55.00 winner may elect having Grant arrive one of our 12 x 15 inch museum mounts (as atop) which is an antique gold hardwood frame with matching inner frame (known as a fillet). These are exorbantly expensive to have done custom made (about treble the cost), and are used for our museum endeavor. It will come with the proper hinged hanging mounts and vinyl coated wire & bumpers. All you need is a hammer or a very tough fist. Happy to do it on such an important and particular;y well done piece of our heritage.
