There are no refunds issued on chemicals, liners, custom safety covers, parts, pools or special orders.
Recreational Specialties, Inc. guarantees all items to be brand new, in factory direct operating condition. We offer a refund on products returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returned products must be in original, as-received, unopened packaging and condition, and are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item a refund will be issued by the same means payment was originally made. Opened, used or abused returned products will be refused and shipped back freight collect at the buyer’s expense.

In the case of a defective dead-on-arrival product, Recreational Specialties, Inc. will prepay shipment back to our warehouse and an identical replacement will be issued. All of our products carry the original manufacturer’s warranty. |
