This auction is for 1x Lucent 59095 / 810-00118-00 ATM UNI CS DS3 Ports Adapter  (auction is just for 1 card, photo represents some of our stock)

Just received some de-installed Lucent/Ascend/Cascase B-STDX 9000 gear. Pictured and listed below is my full inventory. All items come with a 60-day warranty. If you are interested in purchasing the whole lot, please email me and I can set up the appropriate auction, at sobesold@bellsouth.net . I will be listing all pieces individually for those who just need individual cards.

Buyer will pay exact Fedex/UPS shipping, or Freight shipping if you contact me about purchasing the entire lot. We can ship Overnight, 2-day, 3-day, Ground, and even on your account. We do not raise the price of shipping for profit.

Again, please note this auction is for just the 1 item listed at the begining of the description.


 

Terms and Conditions



  • Unless otherwise stated above, Buyer will be responsible for shipping and handling, from zip code 33064. Handling fee is usually minimal, just to cover box fee and packing supplies fee.
  • Usually a power cord will not be included, unless you remind me to add one.
  • Please contact me for any additional information you may need.
  • Payment required prior to shipping of item.
  • I accept: Money orders, cashier\'s checks, company checks, certified checks and Paypal.
  • I can\'t accept COD\'s or Purchase Orders as methods of payment.
  • Buyer must send payment within 7 (seven) days of auction closing
  • Shipping fee is based on size/weight & destination , insurance & tracking. Items will be shipped FedexGround.
  • International Shipments: I will ship some of my items internationally. However, Buyer takes full responsibility for time and costs on lost, returned items or customs required fees, duties etc.
  • On most occasions, item will be shipped within three business days after payment.

  • RETURNS OR REFUNDS:
  • If your item is received, not working, Buyer has 3 days after receipt of item to contact me with any problems for a return or refund - IF AND ONLY IF POWER TEST PASSES, and this is stated in listing. Item will be returned to Seller at Buyers expense. Item will be tested to determine condition. I will give you a refund for the amount of the item, as soon as I have received the item back in the condition it was sent. If the item is not working, your money will be refunded or I will ship another one to you. I do not cover the following conditions:Buyers inability or lack of experience and knowledge to install and/or use the equipment purchased. I will not except any item that is damaged in return shipping. It will be shipped back to the Buyer and they will need to issue a claim with the freight company.
    If an item is damaged in shipment TO Buyer: Shipper requires original box and packing materials to be inspected. Buyers responsibility to file a damaged package claim and verified w/ shipper before we can issue a refund for damaged shipment. Failure to do so voids refund
