This No Reserve Auction is for a brand new, display model Ludwig Element SE Citrus Mod 4pc "Hollywood" Shell Pack in Mint condition. A modern take on a classic. Check out the specs...8x12, 14x14 floor tom, 14x22 and 5x14 snare drum. Hardware not included.

These Ludwig Element SE Series shells are constructed of 3 plies of Cherry wood on the inside/center/outer layers, with Gumwood core plies. Cherry is a darker, very dense wood, so its initial tone is brighter. To mellow the sound a bit and take the 'bite' off the top-end, core plies of Gumwood have been added. These 7mm thick shells also come equipped with beveled dual 45-degree bearing edges. The initial sound is bright and focused, but it has a beautiful resonance and mid-range sustain to it that sounds like 50's jazz or bebop to the ear. Features include Classic Micro-Lugs, new Keystone tom bracket and thumbscrew, and new Rail Consolette tom mount.
