Claims of damaged or defective products must be made within 5 days of delivery. We will replace any defective products at no extra cost. If replacement product is not available then a full refund will be given upon return of the product.

Exchange for store credit is also available. The customer has 5 days to let us know he or she wants to exchange the item for store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not count towards store credit. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs which also include insurance for the full amount paid for the item. All items must be returned in the same condition that they were received in.
