Lunch for two with Mark Hamill

You and a guest can have lunch in Los Angeles with Mark Hamill of Star Wars fame! The actor, director, writer and producer is best known for his portrayal of Luke Skywalker. All proceeds from the auction benefit Precious Paws.

Transportation, accommodations, and any other expenses are not included. Winner must be 18 or older. The experience will take place before November 2010. The winner will provide Precious Paws with six preferred dates for the lunch, although the final date will ultimately be based on the celebrity's availability. The cost of the lunch will be covered by Precious Paws.

The winner will be able to have their picture taken with the celebrity and can bring one item to be autographed. If a print of the lunch picture is sent to Precious Paws after the experience, Precious Paws will have the celebrity autograph it for the winner.  No video will be taken at this lunch.

The seller reserves the right to reject any bids at its sole discretion and screen all bidders, regardless of eBay feedback history.

All sales are final. A bid is a legally binding contract and you agree to be bound to make payment if your eBay ID is the highest bidder, even if a higher bid has been removed, resulting in you being the high bidder. If your account is used by a family member, other person in your household, or even a friend with access to your account, you are still fully liable and cannot avoid payment. Please do not bid if you are not 100% certain you can follow through with payment at the winning bid price promptly. A non-paying bidder will be subject to collection and legal costs.

Winner and guest may be subject to a felony background check conducted at seller's expense. Winning bidder and guest agree to provide Auction Cause with legal names, date of births, and social security numbers, along with a statement that they have never been convicted of a felony. Guests under the age of 18 may participate if they are accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

Winner and guest understand they will need to behave in a reasonable and appropriate manner at all time during the experience. Violations will invalidate the experience for all participants and the winner and guest will be asked to leave the lunch. Causes for termination include but are not limited to: profanity, harassment, not following instructions of assigned escort or security at lunch, intoxication, or other codes of conduct which are considered unreasonable.

The auction is managed on eBay Giving Works by Auction Cause, a premier celebrity and brand auction management agency. No part of the text, design, photos, video, or other content from this auction or associated pages may be used without written permission of the appropriate license holders.

Full payment through PayPal is required within 3 days of the auction close. Failure to deliver payment within the designated time will result in default of the bid and we may select the next bidder, with the winner still responsible for the difference. A portion of the winning bid amount made through this auction may be tax deductible. Please consult with your tax advisor for more information, as we are unable to provide tax consulting due to the unique tax situation of each person.
