Payment, Shipping, Insurance, and Other Notices: Be sure to check shipping charges before bidding! We never cancel auctions if the bidder says they were unaware of the shipping charges. Any display device shown in photos not included in auction and not for sale. Buyer pays all shipping costs. Insurance required. Payment via PayPal only. No exceptions. How to make an acceptable “Best Offer”: Some auctions are marked to accept "Best Offers.” Please note an offer must be reasonable in order to be accepted. Offers that are so low as to prevent us from even recovering our investment in the piece are not reasonable. Please know we do not mark our prices up much over what we paid. If a bidder makes a $3 or $4 offer on a $7 item, for example, the offer is unlikely to be accepted.

Contacting Seller: If you need to contact us, please do so via the "Contact Seller" link on the auction listing. This works both before and after the auction ends. Please do not contact us by responding to our end-of-auction emails or via regular email at all. All such messages go into an unmonitored computer and we will not see them. Substantial shipping discount on multiple purchases, shipped in same box. 50% discount (shipping only) on 2nd and 3rd items, and 75% discount (shipping only) on every item after that. If you wish to bid on additional items after winning an auction, contact seller immediately after first auction closes. Item with highest shipping charge with be charged at full rate, regardless of order in which auctions closed. Discounts applied in order of highest shipping charges. E.g., if you buy a dress that ships for $8 and a book that ships for $1.50, I will charge $8.75 for shipping. If you buy a widget that ships for $10, and win five book auctions where each book ships for $1, and if they all fit in the same box, I will charge you $10 shipping for the widget, $1 for shipping the first two books, and $.25 for shipping each of the remaining three books, for a total of $11.75 shipping charges.

Sorry, no returns. Our margin is so small it leaves no room for the staffing required to manage returns. Please be aware that buying at under retail is possible in part because of our no return policy. We do provide as much information as we can in each listing, and are here to answer any questions. So be sure to check all facts listed and ask all questions before bidding. Exception to no-return policy: if you receive an item that was defective when shipped, or an item that is not the item you ordered, we of course will exchange it at no cost to you IF you return the item in its original condition to us immediately (in no case later than 7 calendar days after it was delivered to you) and include the original packing matierals. Such items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way and, in the rare case where you received an item you did not order, the item must be unopened.  Customer must notify us in writing via the eBay message/email system only within 3 business days of receipt. (Telephone calls, PayPal payments notations, regular email or snail mail notification will not suffice.)

Chargeback Policy: Customers who initiate chargebacks through PayPal are immediately blocked from further bidding or buying from any of our eBay stores. Please check all listings and ask all questions before bidding. Buy insurance, because the risk of loss in the mail is yours after the item leaves our hands.
