1911 1st Edition Hardback Book with 240 Pages

Believed to be Signed By the Author
The edition carries a photograph of the author opposite the title page, which
has tissue between the pages. Under the photograph is the signature, and
on close inspection I believe to be hand-signed. I am unable to compare it
to another edition to look for subtle differences in the signatures, to add
substance to my belief

CONDITION
This 97 year-old book is in very good condition. The cloth cover and its lettering
can be seen in the additional picture. The pages have some browning and the
aforementioned tissue has the start of foxing. The binding is very tight. There
are no inscriptions. Within the binding at page 222 is fixed an erratum
