- The bidder is responsible for shipping. Orders are shipped after receipt of payment and should arrive within 14 business days.
- We ship by FedEx and FedEx SmartPost.
- Expedited shipping not available to PO Boxes, we must have a physical address.
- 3rd Day Shipping not available to Alaska, Hawaii, USA Territories, or Canada.
- Our shipping and handling charges for Canadian and International orders do not include taxes, duties or brokerage fees. These fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.
- We can not ship to PO Boxes in Canada or other International Destinations.
- You may combine eBay purchases from Replacements in a 7-day period (beginning with the date of your first winning item or store purchase) if (1) all your auctions have ended within the 7-day period, and (2) you have not already paid for any of the items you want to combine. An item you have previously paid for cannot be combined with an item you have not paid for.
- We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard and Discover, as well as money orders, cashier's/ personal checks and Replacements, Ltd Gift Certificates for goods purchased in our auctions/stores. A $25 processing fee will be charged for returned checks.

- All payments must be received within 7 days of the auction end date.

- If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any merchandise you receive or the item was not as described, we will gladly refund your payment in full, less handling charges, for those pieces returned within 30 days,

- We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on returned pieces.
