Shipping Information

We are located in Brampton, Ontario in CANADA. All of our packages are shipped by Canada Post. We generally ship twice per week except during the Christmas season, when the demands at our store only allow us to ship once per week, on Sat. If you are located in Canada or the United States you can expect your package to be delivered 3-10 days after shipping although there are sometimes postal delays which are beyond our control. If you are an international customer airmail usually takes 7-14 days after shipping but again there are sometimes postal delays which are beyond our control. We do combine shipping on multiple purchases made at around the same time but do to varying shipping rates which are dependent on which purchases are made (not all of our items are uniform in size and weight) you will have to have us send you a seperate invoice after you are finished purchasing. We will do this automatically but you can feel free to use the 'request total from seller' link. Untill we adjust the final shipping fee ebay will automatically list it as full shipping per item.

We charge a $1 handling fee for every item or lot except cards which have a $0.50 handling fee per card or lot. This is included in our shippng fees but if you are picking up your packing will still apply. There is general list of our shipping prices posted below but if you have any questions or concerns about what the total will be please feel free to contact us before purchasing and we would be happy to send you a total. Make sure that you include all of the item #'s and quantities as well as your shipping address.

Please remember that we are located in Canada and that we ship with Canada Post not USPS and that shipping prices are much higher in Canada. That being said we offer some very reasonable deals and even with Canadian shipping prices most things still work out to be much cheaper then retail. When possible we will send a tracking # with shipping, but Canada Post does not provide tracking #'s on smaller size packages to Canada and the United States without and extra fee of $7. If you are interested in this please let us know. Again for any package where a tracking # is provided we will try to send the tracking # as soon as possible. Note to Canadian Residents. Our shipping prices shown in the shipping area of the ebay auctions show the highest price to ship to Canada. We will adjust this shipping price when sending invoices to Canadians living in cheaper mailing areas in Canada. For most places in Canada shipping will be about the same or possibly lower then shipping to the United States but unfortunately Canada Post charges significantly higher prices for us to ship to British Columbia, Alberta and the Territories and the is reflected in our Canadian shipping prices. If you live outside of those regions the most you will pay for shipping will be the US price. We are sorry for this and we know that it sucks. We would be much happier giving better shipping prices to our fellow Canadians, unfortunately Canada Post does not see things that way and we have no cheaper way of shipping our goods.

The table below is our shipping prices for multiple orders. These prices only apply to multiples of the same sized objects. For mixed packages please email us. For larger volumes we do provide larger shipping discounts, just ask us.

These are the Prices for shipping internationally (including the $1 handling charge). They are the current prices Canada Post offers (rounded up to the nearest dollar) for International Small Packet shipping. For orders larger then 2kg we have to weigh and measure the box and get you a quote. This is the cheapest way we have to ship internationally so please understand that if you want to buy from us these are the prices. If you have a larger order it may be possible for us to ship it surface mail for approx half of this price (contact us) but please understand that it will take a very long time (minimum about 6 weeks) for your package to arrive. By buying from us you are agreeing to pay these shipping prices.
