Payment Timeline: Payment is due 7 days from the auction’s end. All combined auctions must be paid for by the 7th day of the first auction won to receive the combined shipping discount. Non paying bidder alerts are filed automatically after the 7th day, and strikes are filed after the 10th day of non-payment and the item will be relisted. Sorry, we do not make exceptions to the policy, even if you contact us. The majority of our customers pay promptly, and for this we thank you!

Cancellation Policy: We are unable to switch sizes or colors for any items after the auction has ended. Unfortunately, our system makes this impossible. If you need to cancel your order because you have changed your mind, bought the wrong size or color, then a restocking fee will need to be paid in order for us not to file a non paying bidder alert (or to close any strikes on your eBay account). The restocking fee is $2 for each auction.
