M1 garand clip latch HRA New, Old Stock

The auction is for ONE clip latch  pulled from the original package dated from the 1950's 

This is a new, old stock, clip latch that HRA used on their post war production rifles. If you're asking the question "How can you tell the difference between a clip latch from Harrington & Richardson and one of the other manufacturers?" Well, I cant. However, these come from the sealed VCI wrap with the H&R name on it. They were made in Feb. of 1954.

If you have a worn clip latch you can get it refinished ,or you can buy one that HRA used at the factory.

Some other parts dealers refinish small parts like this and call them new. I guarentee these are the original clip latches, from the VCI wrap, with the original finish.
