These airsoft guns are Brand New when shipped. If your Item is delivered damaged, not operating, or is not what you purchased,
buyer must contact seller via email within 48 hours of receipt to report any and all problems. Gun
must be returned within 7 days, in the SAME CONDITION as received (Not altered, modified,
taken apart, no missing parts) with all packaging, BB's and paperwork! Buyer is responsible for all S/H fees.

Insurance covers the free replacement of your item if it is received damaged.
Any and all damages to your item must be reported to the seller within 48 hours of receipt or a
restocking fee will be charged. Any damaged item that is not reported to the seller within 48 hours after receipt,
returned after the 7 day return period or does not have ALL CONTENTS (listed above) will be charged a $25%
restocking fee before replacement is sent.
