$2.00 shipping for the first eyeshadow, each additional one is .50 each. Packaging supplies have gone thru the roof. I can no longer do free shipping. I am terribly sorry about that, If you are purchasing multiple items please request an invoice for the discount.

We ship on Tuesday and Thursdays, and sometimes every day. It just depends on our schedule. If you need it shipped immediately just shoot us a message and we will make it happen.

All international shipments are shipped priority mail with insurance. The post office has made major changes recently and it takes about 30 minutes to ship one item. It is very time consuming, and I can no longer spend time processing international shipments and take the risk that it does not arrive in your hands. The minimum cost runs around $25.00, plus a $2.00 fee that is paid to a kid for his gas money. Please do not ask me to ship your item without insurance. It puts me in a very uncomfortable position when I have to say no. The risk to ship without insurance is mine, so please respect that. If you don't, then please do not bid on my auctions. If I invoice you more money than it is, I will refund it. If I don't refund you it is because I was to busy, and I forgot. Just send me a message, and you will have your money as soon as I read the message.I will ship your item in the cheapest way, via priority mail or fedex. I have great respect for your dollar and mine, and I will price shop. I would rather have a few dollars in your pocket then the post office or fedex.  International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.

All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We reserve the right to ship in the most cost efficient manner. If you want it shipped using a specific carrier just let us know.

Customer service is our top priority. That comes before anything else. If you have any questions about an auction we will respond as soon as possible, unless we are sleeping::). If you ask a question 12 hours or less before an auction ends, and their are bids on it, I can't answer it. Ebay will not allow me to answer the question. So ask questions early!
