We hate to do this, but due to the increasing amount of DEAD BEAT BIDDERS, the following policy applies to all transactions:
1. We contact all winners within 24 hours of ended auctions.
2. If payment is not received within one week ( 7 days), a non-payment notification is submitted to eBay, and a reminder is sent out to you, unless other arrangements were previously made.
3. If payment is not received 10 days after the reminder is mailed out, negative feedback WILL BE POSTED and a fee refund request will be filed with eBay. eBay will therefore give you a warning for a dead beat bid. Newbies must realize that eBay is a serious trading community and they spoil it for the rest of us when they casually bid on things that they have no intention to pay for.
4.Any bid retractions for reasons other than those few specifically allowed by ebay will be reported to ebay. We will no longer tolerate excuses like "I thought this was a dress" or "English is not my language and I didn't understand what I was bidding on" or "I already have this." Bidders who have a repeated history of backing out of bids are not welcome to bid on my auctions. Once again; Our sincere apologies to all serious eBayers, but this statement is unfortunately necessary. The hassle of handling DEAD BEAT BIDDERS is a waste of time and money and takes away a great deal of the positive eBay-experience.
