This is set has 4 coasters that match the 4 ceramic mugs Xpres introduced in 1995.  They are 4" high by 4" wide by .25" thick.  They provide cushioning and absorbtion for a drinking glass, and will wipe clean.

WHERE WE GOT OUR STUFF

During the 1980's and 1990's we owned different Collectible stores specializing in vintage and then current Licensed Character Collectibles.  Our vintage items, of course, came from a variety of sources.  Collectible items that were still in production during those years were purchased directly from the manufacturers.  At the time we closed our store, we had accounts with over 300 companies from which we purchase licensed merchandise.  In the year 2000 we opened an ice cream parlor in a tourist town, which became so time consuming it compelled us to "temporarily" close our other businesses and put our collectible merchandise into storage.  That "temporary" closure turned into 9 years.  Now that we have sold our ice cream business, we are beginning to liquidate those collectibles which we have not seen in almost a decade.

ABOUT OUR STUFF

Most of the items we will be listing were purchase directly from the manufacturers who licensed and produced them.  They are in new condition, though they may be from other decades.  Because our customer base included serious collectors, we were always cognisant of not only the quality of our merchandise, but of retaining to the best of our ability the condition of the packaging. 

Our vintage items will also be listed as we come across them.  We will attempt to describe and/or picture any flaws we notice.  Additional pictures may be available upon request.

BIDDERS

MULTIPLE PURCHASES

If bidding on or purchasing more than 1 item from us, please contact us before paying for items individually.  If we can package your orders in the same box, we can combine your invoices to reflect one single shipping and insurance charge.  This will assure you receive the lowest shipping charges possible and will help us avoid confusion when packing your orders.

INVOICES

We will attempt to send invoices within 24 hours of your purchase.  If you have not received an invoice after that time, please contact us. 

PAYMENT

U.S. BUYERS (LOWER 48):  We accept payment by either PayPal or Money Order.  Payment by PayPal must be posted within 4 days.  Payment by Money Order must be received within 10 days.  Please notify us if paying by Money Order to insure that we reserve your item for you.  After 20 days the item will will be re-listed and you will receive an unpaid item strike.  Payment must include shipping (and optional insurance charges if desired) before we ship your item.

ALASKAN, HAWAIIAN, & INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  We will only accept payment through PayPal.  Payment must be posted within 4 days.  That payment must include 1) The cost of the item; 2) The listed U.S. shipping charges; 3) The listed price of insurance (required).  After we have received that payment, we will package your order and take it to the Post Office to get the actual cost of shipping.  We will then notify you of any additional shipping charges above the amount you have already paid.  Please be assured that you will be charged only the actual cost of shipping,  No bogus "handling fees" to jack up our profits at your expense.  This additional charge must then be paid via PayPal within 4 days of the additional charge notification.  (Please read our international "Shipping" policy below.)

SHIPPING

U.S. SHIPPING (LOWER 48 ONLY):  Listed shipping charges are for P.O. Boxes and physical addresses within the lower 48 states.  Our shipping charges are based on our judgement of the best shipping carrier and method for each individual item.  In most cases we ship USPS or UPS.  If you need to choose a different carrier or shipping method it may increase your shipping charges.  REMEMBER:  UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.  When appropriate, please provide us with both your P.O. Box and physical address, specifying which is preferable.  Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.  We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.

ALASKAN, HAWAIIAN, & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  Your order will be shipped after any additional shipping charges are paid.  We will ship via the USPS unless you have made other arrangements.  Please note that we require insurance for orders being shipped outside of the lower 48 states.  We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.  (Please read our international "Payment" policy above.) 

RETURNS

We will not accept a return that is inferior to (or not) the item we shipped.
