This is "Mad Magazine" April 2003, No. 428 published by E. C. Publications, New York, NY originally issued for $3.50 cheap.

This copy has NEVER been read and comes with the original outer mailing cover as delivered to me. This issue is as close to MINT condition as far as I can determine. The covers are completely intact with no stains or tears.

 THE FOLD-IN HAS NOT BEEN CREASED!!!

The pages are all in great condition. Staples are original and all pages are firmly secured. Ships securely in plastic storage & with rigid backboard.
