Label on her dress says Madame Alexander, Jo. Her hair has a red ribbon. Her eyes can be moved to open and close, her joints are flexible. She has been in a smoke free home. Her clothes might need freshening. Her hair needs to be re-done, besides that I do not see any other flaw. Considering she is almost 30 years old, you can see what good care she had.
