Within Australia:

items posted within Australia are via registered post (unless otherwise

is available 5pm weekdays at North Ryde and is available at a charge of
$15 for the preparation and administration fee. This is the only
available time for pickup.

All items posted outside Australia are via ECI Tracking. We would recommend to have your shipment insured for
an extra AUD$8. By insuring your shipment, it covers up to $100 of
posted value, as we do not take responsibility for the item once it is
