All of our items are sold ‘AS-IS ’ and are described and photographed to provide you with all the information we feel you’ll need to make an informed purchase. If, however, you’d like more information or additional pictures for clarification, please don’t hesitate to eBay-Message your request. Requests for additional photos will need to include your regular (non-eBay) Email address.

We accept PayPal, domestic cashiers checks and domestic money orders, with PayPal being the preferred method. Payments from international buyers MUST be made via PayPal. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.  We request that, as a winning bidder, you make your payment within (3) days of the auction closing. Payments not made within seven (7) days after an auction closes will result in the bidder being reported to eBay as a non-paying bidder and a negative feedback will be given. We then reserve the right to re-list the item.

We know that buyers are more comfortable bidding on an item that carries a money-back guarantee and, as such, we offer one. However, this is only applicable if the buyer finds that what is received differs significantly from what was described and shown in the listing’s photo(s). Beyond that, all sales are final.

We ship exclusively via the US Postal Service. Domestic shipments go Priority Mail and international ones go either Priority International or First Class International (if it’s available, given the weight of the item). All shipments are picked up by the Postal Service each Thursday. Items for which payment is received by Tuesday will ship on Thursday of that same week. Items for which payment is received on Wednesday through the following Tuesday will ship on Thursday of that week.

All items are packed very carefully (see our feedback, i.e.“Packed so well Post Office crushing the box didn't damage item!!!”), but since we can’t control the handling by others, shipping insurance is required for many fragile or breakable items. This protects your investment and ours. We weigh each item on highly accurate shipping scales and you pay only the actual shipping charges as calculated by the eBay Shipping Calculator. Quoted charges include a $2.00 adder to help us recoup our costs for protective packaging materials. Now, before you raise an eyebrow at that, please look into the cost of bubble wrap and Styrofoam peanuts. Sure, we could pack things at a cheaper cost, but then you have to ask yourself……..would you really want us to ? As a former Postal worker, I know how packages get handled. You’re spending your hard-earned money on something you expect to receive in one piece. When you buy from us, your purchases get packed like we’d want someone to pack something they were shipping to us. Very well.

Please note that if, in our opinion, this adder, or a portion of it, is not applicable to your shipment, an appropriate amount will be refunded to you.

We are more than happy to offer combined shipping when feasible, but since every shipment is unique, we don’t have a set adjustment for each additional item purchased. If requested, we can quote you a combined-shipping cost in advance of your purchases. At the very least, provided we recognize that you’ve purchased more than one item, we’ll refund any difference in postage paid-vs-postage required after your shipping label is created. eBay often catches multiple purchases by the same buyer and lists all of them together on our shipping screen, but sometimes they don’t. We sell a lot of goods; some weeks shipping as many as 30+ items. It would be in your best interest to notify us that you’ve purchased, or are bidding on, more than one item. That way we won’t miss anything.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: Changes made in May ‘07 by the US Postal Service pertaining to international shipping have caused a need for us to make an un-wanted change ourselves. When we list an item, we have no way of knowing who the eventual buyer will be and where they will live. We always base postage on using the smallest box we can that allows for sufficient protective padding. When an item ships to a US address, there’s no issue. But, when an item is shipped Priority International, the box must be large enough to accommodate a Customs forms envelope that measures 7-1/2” x 10-1/4”. Therefore, one side of the box must be at least that large. For that reason, the postage can be, and has been, higher than was originally planned, because of the box size/weight, when the item was listed. We’ve already taken a beating a few times on international postage because of this issue and we can’t continue to simply absorb those extra costs. We can’t just figure on a larger box from the start, because then everybody from everywhere would end up paying more postage than necessary. The only way we feel we can deal with this issue is to raise the packing materials adder, for international shipments, from $2.00 to $5.00. We will refund the difference to you if this additional amount is not necessary. It’s an unfortunate, but necessary change.
