The inventory is HUGE and consists of approximately 4,000 interior shutters of all shapes and sizes. They came from J.C.Penny  and Lowes and other places like that. 20 pallets of hardware for the shutters, 20 pallets of decorative glass and mirrors (thousands), OVER 800 tuxedo jackets and 2,700 vests, 150 pants, 300 shirts, and I really don't know how many cumberbands, ties, button covers, and garters. There are 10 - 18 gallon poly tubs full of wrist watches, literally thousands of watches. Around 600 hundred of them are "salesman sample" watches. 

 

We were going to start an Ebay business and start selling all this inventory this winter, BUT we are swamped with our other business. So you will be able to take it over and add more of your own inventory or just sell all of what we have. Another great thing about this property is that it's only 60 miles west to Kansas City, Mo. There are 2 huge salvage places in Kansas City that are in the business of selling lost and damaged freight from all the major trucking companies such as USPS and UPS. When these companies have truck wrecks and the freight is damaged or they have lost freight, it all ends up at these two places and once a week you can go there and bid on it by the pallet. These places offer a tremendous opportunity for a never-ending supply of inventory!
