You are buying a Vintage tin litho MAR_ MarX colony style doll house with a large lot of accessories from Plasco and many unmarked furniture and such. The home itself is in good condition for its age with having a few small dings around the roof area and the window grids have a slight wave to them. I have also ntied some small speckled rust spots. It is marked MAR(MarX) on the side of house in the shrubbery but I had difficulties getting a good picture of marking. The accessories include:
