We describe our items accurately and honestly.  Please contact us prior to making a return so we can authorize it.  Returns without authorization will be delayed.  Buyers have 7 days after receiving an item to return it.

For items that are accurately described the buyer pays the actual shipping cost that we paid to ship the item and any return shipping expenses to get the item back to us.  Some of our items have “FREE SHIPPING”.  Although shipping is free, Treasurehoard still pays for shipping and insurance out of our pocket.  We will let the buyer know the actual shipping cost we paid for the shipping in this case.

In the case of international returns the buyer will need to pay the actual shipping and insurance costs which is sometimes more than the shipping cost charged by us in the listing.  Customs/Duty refunds should be requested from your local customs agency and have nothing to do with Treasurehoard.  

All items must be returned in the same condition they were in when sent to the buyer.  Returns will not be accepted for: new items that have been used or washed, new items with the tags removed, items that have been physically altered while in the buyer’s possession or items damaged by the buyer.

Refunds:

In the case of free shipping we will let the buyer know the actual shipping cost and this amount will be deducted from the refund.  A refund will be sent minus the actual shipping cost as soon as the item is received by us in the same condition as it was sent in.
