We are selling the DEED to our MARRIOTT TIMESHARE IN MYRTLE BEACH.

MARRIOTT OCEAN WATCH AT GRANDE DUNES (MOW is the interval code).

Our loss is your gain.  We are having some financial troubles, and we are selling one of our two prized timeshares.

We have vacationed here for years, and enjoyed it, but the kids are going to college and we can't afford it anymore.

We paid approximately $19,000 for this spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa for usage in the Gold Season (basically before the summer or the last two weeks of August).

This season/view is currently selling for approximately $22,500 if you buy it from Marriott.

GREAT FOR FAMILIES WHO CAN VACATION AT THE END OF AUGUST, OR GOLFERS WHO CAN GO ANYTIME OF THE YEAR.
