Since this unit is a lockoff unit. Your 3 bedroom unit can essentially be locked-off into a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom allowing you to receive either 2 weeks of use annually or 2 seperate tradeable units through Interval International. This unit has a very high trading power with Interval and you will be able to get some very good trades should you desire to vacation elsewhere.
POST AUCTION & PAYMENT INFORMATION:
A welcome letter, contract, and all closing instructions will be made available as soon as contact with the winning bidder has been established. A $1000 deposit is due within 5 days of the auction end date. These funds are sent by cashiers check or credit card directly to the closing company and are required to open escrow. The remaining balance will be due near the close of escrow approximately 30 days from the day escrow was opened.
ABOUT THE CLOSING:

We use First American Title Insurance Company for our closing and have always found them to be accurate and prompt with every closing. We have a developed relationship with an exceptional escrow officer that will also be there for you every step of the way. The complete escrow will cost the buyer $655 and this includes all fees associated with the closing of this timeshare. Please note that title insurance IS INCLUDED in the closing costs and ensures the buyer will experience a safe and comfortable transaction. There is an additional $120 fee that Marriott charges for their right of first refusal process. All financial transactions will be handled inside of escrow to ensure the transfer is comfortable, simple, and seamless.
