Martha Lee a make do doll

Martha Lee is a total make do. She is 13". Pulled little scraps from everywhere to put this gal together, just as many dolls were made on the prairie. Her body is wonderful blue very faded and worn thin homespun and stuffed up with old quilt batting. Her arms and legs are made from scraps of early socks. Her head is a repaired head made from linen homespun with stitched eyes and a swatch sewn on for her mouth. Her dress is blue calico with a little sweater made from more old scraps of sock. Just a wonderful early look to Martha that I think you will love and appreciate for years to come. She will come to you named and numbered, signed and dated.
