Due to postal restrictions on package weight and size, the below "Option 2" Priority Delivery rate applies for purchases of more than two compact discs. UNITED STATES & TERRITORIES (Option 2 - NO QUANTITY LIMIT - Purchase as many compact discs as you want with no additional shipping charge when you use this option!) - Shipping is via USPS PRIORITY DELIVERY in a secure / protective package; Delivery Confirmation is included at no additional charge; Package contents with a final value of $20.00 or more are automatically insured, otherwise Insurance is not included and is available for an additional fee. CANADA - (SHIPPED WITH JEWEL BOX - LIMIT OF 1 COMPACT DISC / SHIPPED WITHOUT JEWEL BOX - LIMIT OF 3 COMPACT DISCS) - Shipping is via FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY in a secure / protective package. The shipping rate is listed in the table near the bottom of this ad under the "Shipping and Handling" header. Please understand that if you choose this option for multiple compact disc purchases of up to three items, only the actual compact disc and artwork (booklet, inserts, etc.) will be shipped. Multiple purchase items shipped without jewel boxes will be individually wrapped and secured for protection. If you require faster delivery or in the case of multiple purchases exceeding the limit for this option please use the below delivery "Option 2" for INTERNATIONAL Destinations.

The shipping rate is listed in the table near the bottom of this ad under the "Shipping and Handling" header. Please understand that if you choose this option for multiple compact disc purchases of 5 to 10 items, only the actual compact disc and artwork (booklet, inserts, etc.) will be shipped. Multiple purchase items shipped without jewel boxes will be individually wrapped and secured for protection. (Please note that this method of delivery is not available for all destinations. If this option is not available to your location, your items will be shipped via 1st Class International Delivery. In the case of multiple purchases, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the final size and weight of the package.

Payment Options / Instructions: All details for submitting payment are included in this ad with the exception of our mailing address. If you intend to submit your payment via mail, our address will be provided in the notice sent by eBay at the time of purchase. Payments are to be received within 7 days after purchase, unless you have contacted us and other arrangements are made and agreed upon.

• Paypal: Payments via credit card / bank account transfers are accepted through www.Paypal.com and must include the amount of your winning bid plus shipping / handling charges as defined in this ad. Your item will not ship if incorrect payment is submitted ! Our Paypal account is accessible at www.Paypal.com via our e-mail address: Simon16436@aol.com. Items paid for via credit card through Paypal generally ship within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping / Packaging Details: All items are securely / professionally packaged and promptly shipped via USPS through our shipping agent. If you have specific reasonable packaging requirements, we will make every attempt to honor your request, however additional charges may apply if the weight / volume of the package is affected.

• In the case of MULTIPLE PURCHASES we will combine items for a reduced shipping rate. Please keep in mind that some items may not be able to be shipped together (such as a combined poster and CD purchase) due to packaging constraints and to prevent damage during shipping. • INSURED Delivery Service for THE UNITED STATES: Insurance is highly recommended, but not required or included unless otherwise indicated in the shipping options described above. Delivery confirmation is included for all packages shipped in the United States. Delivery Confirmation does not offer protection against loss or damage. We do not accept responsibity for packages lost or damaged by the postal service if you decline the option of insurance. If this service is not automatically included per the shipping method of your choice as described above, you are declining the option of insurance by not including the appropriate fees with your payment. • INSURED / REGISTERED Delivery Service For INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS:
  Insurance / Registered service is highly recommended, but not required or included unless otherwise indicated in the shipping options described above. We do not accept responsibity for packages lost or damaged by the postal service if you decline the option of Insurance / Registered Delivery. If these services are not automatically included per the shipping method of your choice as described above, you are declining the option of Insurance / Registered Delivery by not including the appropriate fees with your payment. Insurance / Registered Service are two separate options and one does not include the other. These services are not available to all destinations. Some destinations require specific delivery methods for Insured / Registered service to be included. If the method of delivery required for Insured / Registered Service is different from the methods offered in this ad, the shipping rate could vary and additional fees may apply. Warranty / Refund Policy: Audio / video items (CD's, LP's, DVD's, VHS tapes, etc.) are warranted against manufacturer's defects only. This warranty does not apply to damage or defects, if any, as described within the ad or that may have occured in transit. All other items (Posters, flats, magazines, etc.) are warranted only against excessive damage or defects not accurately pictured or described within the ad (this does not include damage which may have occured in transit). Replacement or refund is at our discretion based on availability of the item. If a refund is issued, original shipping and handling charges as are return shipping charges (waived at our discretion if the error is determined to be our fault) are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable ! Refunds / Replacements are issued once the defective item has been returned and quality checked. Items can ONLY be returned after contacting us and we provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions. We are not responsible for items returned without authorization. Replacements / refunds are handled promptly if instructions are followed.

Refunds for items lost or damaged by the postal service can ONLY be processed if the Insurance option is included with your delivery method (either purchased by you in addition to the shipping charge, or included by us per the terms of this ad). If we file the claim with the postal service for a lost or damaged item, a refund is issued to you only after the postal service issues the refund to us. If you file the claim with the postal service for a lost or damaged item, a refund is issued to you by the postal service and not by us. To file a claim in the case of damage, USPS may require any or all of the following: the original packaging, surrender of the damaged item, proof of purchase / purchase price, and proof of insurance. Please allow the appropriate time as dictated by USPS policy (available at www.usps.com) for processing and investigation of postal claims.
