Shipping & Handling: USPS first class parcel items weigh under 12 oz. All items have USPS date stamping and destination. S/H costs include USPS postage, delivery confirmation, bubble mailer or box, transportation, and S/P materials (USPS shipping label sure uses a lot of HP ink)
