MASTERING THE ART OF FRENCH COOKING by JULIA CHILD,

Published by Alfred A. Knopf, the book was authored by, in addition to Julia Child, Louisette Bertholle and Simone Beck.  It was originally published in 1961.  It is in very good condition but lacks the dust jacket.   Tight and square with unbroken hinges,  the spine shows fading and the there is some wear to the corners of the covers.  I bought it new in 1970 and my bookplate is on the first endpaper.  I used it very little.  The pages are clean and just slightly off white. I don't know if that is a little age toning or if it came that way.

Shipment to be made the following business day after payment.  California residents add 9.00% state sales tax or provide your valid re-sale number. NOTE:  I sell within the U.S.A. only. 

  I will send an invoice to the winning bidder shortly after the close of the auction with all payment information.    Payment is expected within 3 days. 

  REFUND POLICY:  I attempt to describe all items accurately, but should I make a significant error in the description all money will be refunded including shipping.  A significant error is defined as one which would affect the value of the item.  Buyer to notify me of a problem within three days of receipt.  No refunds will be given for buyer's remorse. 

FEEDBACK:  It is my belief as (primarily) a seller, that when the buyer has paid for the item his obligation is ended and he deserves to receive the first feedback irrespective of any problem that may arise later - so I always leave feedback as soon as timely and valid payment from the buyer is received.  I am sufficiently confident of my honest and complete descriptions and secure packing that I am not concerned about receiving negative feedback.  Conversely, when I am the (occasional) buyer I expect to receive the first feedback and do not leave feedback for the seller unless I do.
