In stock orders will generally ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days after payment has cleared. Orders that have selected express shipping methods will generally ship by the very next business day after payment has cleared.

SALES TAX
We are required by law to collect Illinois State Sales. All shipments within Illinois will be charged sales tax of 7.5%.
IF YOU DO NOT PAY
Winning bidder must complete payment within 10 days, unless you are purchasing
multiple items. If payment is not received by the 14th day, you will be reported
to eBay as a non-paying bidder and the item will be re-listed. We also report
ALL non-paying bidders to the following 3 credit bureaus: Equifax, Experian, and
Transunion. Failure to pay for your auction will show up on your credit report.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We will generally allow a customer to cancel an order. There is a cancelation
fee of the greater of $5.00, or 15% of the final auction value.
You may return an UNOPENED item for any reason within 5 days of receiving it. You must notify us within 5 calendar days of receiving the product either by email (help@toynk.com) or telephone (847-350-0108). Opened products or products where the factory seal has been broken may not be returned for any reason. The 5 day period begins according to the UPS and USPS website tracking pages delivered date. The product must be sent back to us and postmarked within 10 days of your receipt of the product to be accepted. You will be refunded your money back Less the shipping costs you paid in the original order. Shipping costs to send the product back are your responsibility.
If for any reason you receive the wrong item or defective/damaged item, you can send it back and we will ship the correct item. Damaged items do not include "Not Mint" packaging. We must be notified within 5 days if you receive an incorrect product. Depending on the value of the item, we may not send a replacement until the original item is sent back to us.
If you receive a damaged package (shipping carton) due to the shipping carrier, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement (or issue a refund if we are sold out of the item). Please keep the original shipping box as UPS may want to pick it up.
RETURN POLICY FOR COSTUMES
Most costume items we sell are returnable/exchangeable, if the following guidelines are met. Other costume retailers will tell you that all sales are final, whereas almost every costume item we carry falls under our 7 Day Return Policy.
CRITERIA TO QUALIFY FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE
We MUST BE informed of the return within 10 calendar days of receipt of the item.
The item MUST BE shipped back to us via a trackable shipping method within 10 calendar days of receipt of the item.
Returns MUST INCLUDE all original packaging and items. Missing items or items without original packaging will not be credited.
The item MUST NOT show any sign of use. The return WILL NOT BE CREDITED if there is any sign of use.
The item MUST BE free of hair.
The item MUST BE free of smoke smell.

is stocked in our warehouse unless otherwise stated (pre-orders, some
high dollar items). We are not a drop shipper, reseller, or portal of
other merchant's items. We buy all our products direct from the
manufacturers. We are primarily a toy and costume retailer although we
do wholesale to other retailers.

Absolutely not. We will
never sell or share your information with a third party. We use your
email address as the primary method of contacting you about your order.
If you provide a phone number during checkout, we only use it if you
have indicated your order is time sensitive and there is an issue or
problem with the order. You will not receive email solicitations from us
unless you choose to join our email list.
We have never sent any solicitations through regular mail (to your home)
however we may do a catalog mailing at some point in the future.
Is your site secure?
Yes. We use the internet
standard for security - SSL Secured 128 bit encryption. This is the same
technology as all the giant internet stores use - amazon, ebay, etc.

We are located in Elk Grove

Why the name "toynk"? It was
chosen simply because it is short and has the word toy in it. The
pronunciation is not Toy-N-K. It is one syllable - the word "Toy" and
then the sound of "Ink" - "Toynk" (or perhaps toink).
As all businesses seem to
start, toynk began by operating out of an apartment in 2001. Today we
have 2 facilities totaling 19,000 square feet that houses our offices,
store, and the inventory. Our staff varies from 12 to 20+ people
depending on the time of year (ie - Christmas, Halloween).
Our main products are toys
and costumes. We carry the latest collectible toys, action figures,
replicas/props, statues/busts and other collectible items. We do not
carry vintage toys/collectibles and we do not buy or trade at this time.
Our selection varies from mass market toys (dolls, sports figures, etc),
specialty market toys (limited edition props, statues, etc), imported
toys not available in the USA, and our ever expanding costume section
(over 2,000 costumes & props this year). We ship to all 50 states and
virtually every country worldwide.
Our philosophy is to continually improve and change
how we run toynk.com to better serve our customers. We work every day to expand our product selection and improve shipping speed, customer service, and pricing. We
