We send invoices, order confirmations, and shipping confirmations to your paypal email address. Shipping

Shipping: We use domestic flat rate shipping fees listed inside each ad description, they will be automatically supplied during checkout. Orders typically do not go out same day when turned in after 3:00 p.m. Central Time; best chance for free/discounted same day, Ground shipping is with morning purchase of the item. Carrier: We use Ground delivery. We provide tracking information as soon as we receive same from the Carrier (usually within 2 business days, email will come in the evening), no need to request. If Ground UPS (approx 4 - 5 days) is not fast enough, please email for adjusted shipping PayPal invoice. Faster? Of course! Please email us for expedited shipping rate/invoice. Insurance: We insure all orders.

Return Policy

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee - No questions, 14 day window for returns/exchange, less shipping. Procedure: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please send immediate email for return/exchange authorization/instructions. Upon return of the merchandise, in original condition, within 14 days of Buyer receipt, we provide PayPal refund, less all incurred shipping expense and $5 drop ship fee (if applicable).
