We also SHIP FAST, we have daily pick-ups at our warehouse from UPS every day, as long as payment is received before 12:00 Noon eastern standard time, the package will ship out same day. If it is received after noon, it may ship the same day, but might ship out next day if we do not have enough time to process.

Q: How can I contact you?
A: The obvious answer, the Ask Seller a Question link, the not so obvious answer, send an email to service@opticalwiz.com.  If you contact me through, please have the following information ready: 1) Your ebay username, and if it's a question about an item 2) A URL to the item in question.

Q: How can you pay for the item?
A: Paypal (that includes credit cards accepted by paypal), Cashier's Check, Money order, for purchases over $500, you must wait 5 business days for the cashier's check/money order to fully clear! There is never a delay with PayPal. If requested, the transaction can be done via escrow (via ebay's official escrow service: www.escrow.com only!), you will be responsible for ALL of the additional charges. [PAYMENT EXCEPTION: If the transaction is over $100, Paypal will only be accepted if we are shipping to a CONFIRMED address on your paypal account AND you are Paypal Verified!]

Q: How long do you have to pay?
A: You may make a payment through paypal immediately, or you must contact us within 2 business days of auction close. If you intend to pay by cashier's check/money order, you have a total of 5 business days to get it to us, and you should use registered mail, if you use regular mail and it is lost, that will be your responsibility.

Q: Can you pay through personal check?
A: No, if you really have no other way of paying, please contact us before you bid to work something out (though I find it hard to believe that someone could not get a cashier's check from their bank if they have an account there). If we do take a personal check for whatever reason, we have a zero-tolerance policy for bad checks. If your check bounces, we will give you negative feedback, a non-paying bidder strike, and take you to court to collect the money, without a second chance to work things out, if you write a check, make sure there's sufficient funds!

Q: How will the item be shipped?
A: UPS Ground, insured with a tracking #. If you need faster delivery, we can accommodate that, you will pay the extra shipping charges. UPS Ground generally takes 1 - 7 business days for delivery, depending on your location, if you are in the tri-state area, you should receive it next day. IF YOU WANT EXPRESS SHIPPING, YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE THE AUCTION CLOSE!

Q: Will you ship internationally?
A: Yes, but you must contact us BEFORE you bid, and you will pay ALL extra expenses, including handling expenses for the extra documents we need to prepare for international shipping. Shipping internationally is done by UPS ONLY, if UPS does not serve your area, we cannot ship to you. We will NOT use another carrier, do not ask.

Q: What if the package is damaged?
A: If the package is damaged DURING SHIPPING, you may contact UPS to file a claim (we will walk you through it if needed), all packages we ship out are insured for the full buying price, including the shipping amount.

REFUND POLICY:

No refunds unless we ship you the wrong item (which won't happen, I personally check to make sure the right thing is shipped to the right person). If it does happen, you will be refunded the full amount paid.

SPECIAL CHECKOUT PROCEDURES:

SPECIFY WHAT ITEM YOU MAKE PAYMENT FOR, GIVE A SHIPPING ADDRESS! Failure to do so will significantly delay shipping on your item.

If your not in the US you must contact me prior to bidding and prior to payment. All others need to contact me if they want to get a discounted shipping rate if their closer to the east coast, if you don't care, then that's fine as well (the shipping price I listed is good for everyone in the US, but you may be eligible for a discount if your closer). If you need express shipping you may work that out with me as well (You pay 100% of additional cost).

Shipping Policy:

We ship via UPS.  Insurance is required, why? Because if we send it out with uninsured mail and you do not receive it, then we'll get bad feedback for something that's not our fault, I'd rather just spend the dollar on insurance.

WE WILL NOT USE YOUR UPS/FEDEX/OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER ACCOUNT! We have our own accounts with UPS (serves worldwide) and route messenger (they serve the tri-state area only).

Feedback:

I give positive feedback upon receipt of payment, I expect positive feedback upon you receiving the item. If there's any problems, CONTACT ME BEFORE leaving negative feedback. If you leave negative feedback first then contact me, I will not help you.

Non-Paying Bidder Policy:

If you don't plan to complete the transaction, do not bid. If for whatever reason you do not want to complete the transaction after the auction has ended, if you want to cancel the transaction, you must pay us $20 or 6% of the final auction price (whichever is higher) and we will mutually agree that the transaction did not take place and you will not receive an unpaid bidder strike. In addition, you must leave neutral feedback. [EXCEPTION: IF WE THINK YOUR BID WAS A SHILL BID, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN UNPAID BIDDER STRIKE REGARDLESS!]. If you decide not to pay and just leave negative feedback, you will receive an unpaid bidder strike as well as being reported to ebay for bidding for the intent of leaving negative feedback.
