This is a RARE attached pair of the 1st of State Maine Duck Stamp by David Maas with the hens neck in the right sided stamp having a green wing teal coloration appearing to be a large growth or unreal bump on the hen's neck- I just found these after my move to a new office- never offered before! Scott catalog on the mint pair alone is $50!!
