As you may know, dermabrasion is a gentle sandblasting of the face, usually with a fine aluminum oxide powder mist. You know what that is ? Hogwash !!! You know how much a machine that shoots out aluminum oxide dust and vacuums it back up costs ? About $9,900 - and that's for a lightweight REFURBISHED model.
