We have two shipping methods, Airmail and Express (EMS).
All the parcels will be sent within 2-3 working days from the Hong Kong Central Post Office. We highly recommend the buyers chose EXPRESS posting (EMS). Its price is very reasonable and so fast and safe. Buyers buy more than one item would have COMBINE SHIPPING offer.

From March of 2007, we do not send parcel to the Italian buyers by regular airmail, all the Italian buyers must choose EXPRESS POST (EMS).

Takes 12-21 working days arrive. It is a safe posting method by the HK Post Office. It comes with a register number (something like as
tracking number but cannot trace 24/7). The postman has to get the signature of receiver and then give out the parcel. But we don't take responsibility for regular airmail service if without insurance service added by buyers.

How we ship

All items will be packed in a double carton box whatever which shipping method, that is the best protection for your goods. We understand the figures and its box packing will be broken easily if they are sent overseas. All of our colleagues are the die-hard toy collectors, so we take good care of every buyer's concern.

*Parcel will be sent to the mailing address showing at PAYPAL only. We cannot send to other mailing address due to PAYPAL policy.

Each parcel will be checked one by one by our packing department which make sure it is safe and strong enough. All the parcel boxes are specially made and some of them are custom made if their sizes are strange or more than one piece for combine shipping. Whatever the parcel boxes are small or big, all of them are made by double carton that has been passed the extreme test for the oversea posting. It is whatever the postman or custom officer sits or stands on there, the packing box still keeps good! So you can imagine your item must SAFE under this box protected.

Optional Insurance
