MEISSEN RETICULATED FLORAL WITH BUTTERFLY PLATE

This beautiful meissen plate measures 8 1/4 inches in diameter. The plate features a colorful floral bouquet that includes a poppy in shades of orange and a tulip in shades of blue in the center. The bouquet is surrounded by a colorful butterfly and a flying insect and a small floral sprig. The plate has a reticulated border with gold accents. There are 3 solid cameos on the border. Each has a floral sprig with an insect or butterfly. The cameos have gold trimmed scroll detailing.The rim is also trimmed in gold. The plate is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. However there is a small paint skip on the tulip. The bottom is marked as shown in the photo. This plate is a second because of the paint skip on the tulip. Please see pics. An elegant plate.
