Please pay within 72 hours of auction close. All prices are in US dollars. We accept the following forms of payment:

  The Fret Store Shipping
  • We ship to your ebay and PayPal verified address ONLY. Please ensure your address is up to date. If we send it to your old address and it gets returned you will need to pay for shipping again so please check.
  • Package tracking numbers are provided for packages when available or upon request. Some packages such as small items may not have a tracking number. You can add tracking services to any small package by selecting insurance or email us to add it for an additional $1.65 USD.
  • Most items will ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. Often the same day. There may be of course very rare times when we are awaiting restock causing slight delays. We will let you know if there are any delays and provide you with the option of cancellation.
  • US shipping time is usually 1-5 business days but some may take longer depending on destination. We have no control over the speed of delivery after your item is shipped. Most packages ship from Morristown, TN 37814 or one of our distributor warehouse locations in California, Tennessee or Michigan depending on the item.
  • International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility.
    Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
    These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
    We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts. US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
    International shipping delivery usually takes 4-15 business days and we are not responsible for delays in customs.

  • Discounts on shipping may be given for multiple items on an individual basis but are not a given. Our daily shipping expenses are very high and our items are sale priced so we appreciate your understanding.
  • We do allow local pick up of most items from our retail store in Morristown, TN (please call ahead to ensure we have it in stock in our store rather than our warehouse). There are however some items which cannot be picked up from the retail store so ask first please.
