Movie description
Menno is a nerdy computer guy who works at a virtual reality resort and gets caught up in the president's plot to use his resort's super computer to rig this year's election. Normally, Menno wouldn't have the gumption to do much about it, but a mortally wounded rebel leader (Bruce Campbell) downloads his mind into Menno's brain, so Menno not only inherits Campbell's strong motivation, but also his tough girlfriend, providing him with the tools necessary to foil the president's plot.

When an evil presidential candidate, Corbin Bernsen (L.A. Law), tries to use the world's most advanced computer system to control the minds of the people, a future war begins.  Rebel forces download the brain of their lost leader, Bruce Campbell (The Evil Dead), into Menno, Bill Campbell (The Rocketeer), a mild-mannered computer guy. 

With his new incredible strength, massive brainpower and an awesome adrenaline rush, Menno gets smart, tough, and into action.  For the government, its their chance for ultimate power, but for Menno, it's a brutal battle for survival.
