I can not control mail once it goes out of Canada . I receive a receipt from the Postal office as proof of shipment for your parcel and a copy of this receipt is available to you upon request. However, sometimes packages get lost. There will be no reimbursement of any money for lost packages unless you pay for your shipment to be registered or Insured. Please make sure to check the rates before you bid!!!.

Did you know that when you give 4 stars, it may seem like a great score? As an example - a 4 in Shipping Time means "Quickly". Ebay however, considers this a sub-par rating - or a failing grade. Their standards require sellers to maintain 4.8 - 4.9 & above, or be penalized with higher fees. That means when we pay more to ebay - we have to cover those costs somehow, and generally this means increased charges and costs to our Buyers.....something we don't want to do.
We try our utmost for a 5 star rating by giving as accurate as possible descriptions, a good product, make no profit at all on shipping, and get your product out as fast as we ourselves would like to receive it. Also, please take careful note of the mailing cost marked on your package when you receive it, We cover the extra insurance ourselves, as well as a 'hidden' fuel surcharge, but absorb these costs as we don't feel right about increasing the already ridiculous fees that Canada Post demands from us.
