waistband stretches from 30-46/48" (as measured from unstretched to fully stretched, last measurement being max stretch)

HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR SIZE: READ THE MEASUREMENTS, there you will find minimum (relaxed) to maximum (fully stretched) measurments. For best fit, your waist/hip size should not be the minum or maximum measurment.

WASHING for all my items: General rule, gentle wash cool, perma press dry. HOWEVER, I have been washing & drying my own in the washer dryer for years, and they last for years! Exception to the rule, anything that is very shiny, holographic, or wet look, apply NO heat whatsoever, heat can sometimes wear off the shine and/or color altogether.
