The Lady of the Sea is placing a sparkling flower in her hair "by the light of a silvery moon".
This piece was done using a wooden box, vintage reprint, mulberry flower, German glass glitter, various papers, acrylic rhinestones, beads, oodles of glitter, real sea shells, vintage crystal rhinestone jewelry piece, and more. This piece is much better in person, photos don't do justice.

I'm a busy stay at home mom of a one-year-old and three-year-old and have been selling on eBay for a while now to supplement our household income. I have been interested in art since I was old enough to scribble on paper. I would always draw on or create with whatever I had around. I've wanted to try and come up with ways to turn things that normally end up discarded into something usable but beautiful and eye-catching. Some of my designs use old cigar boxes (we owned a shop at one time and have lots left over), snuff can lids and anything else that looks like I can turn it into something unique.
