This case is specifically custom made for MESA BOOGIE HEADS. This 'brand new' transit ATA case was manufactured by NY Case, a leading case company in the music, electronics, sound reinforcement, and lighting industries. NY Case has literally thousands of high quality US made cases in stock and is selling them out at 1/2 of the normal wholesale selling price. This case is constructed of 1/4" plywood with a black vinyl laminate and heavy gauge aluminum extrusions riveted throughout. It is finished with all fine rust resistant plated recessed hardware fittings and steel corners. The inside has a thick black carpet lining for protection of your units. The top portion of the case is a 6 space (10 1/2") high rack. The shell depth of the case without the lids is 12" and the rear lid adds another 1 1/2" to the rack depth. The lids are foam padded right up to the shell in the head (lower) portion of the case. The ID of the head compartment is 26" wide x 12" deep x 10 1/2" high. This size will indeed fit many heads on the market today. An additional 1/2" foam sheet (approx 24" x 24") is included for adjustment to different size heads. It is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL that you physically measure your unit before bidding and check your dimensions against the dimensions listed here to avoid any errors. Many manufacture's makes and models of equipment vary in size from year to year even though it may have the same model number.
Approx OD of this case is: 27" x 16" x 25" high. It will be shipped by UPS for $45 anywhere in the US except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. We do not ship to those locations.
